My name is Ross Gardner, in 2005, morbidly obese at 400 lbs; my doctors gave me less than 3 years to live. In a fight for my life, I had to find a way to successfully lose weight. Investing thousands upon thousands of dollars in doctors, certified trainers, highly recommended nutritionist and accredited behavioral therapist, successfully I lost 200 lbs. naturally in less than 1 year. By using the principals found in this document, I’ve been able to keep the weight off for more than 13 years and maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Realizing not everyone has a disposable income or access to thousands of dollars, reasons to why I'm sharing with you that invaluable knowledge the professionals taught me, along with a few of my own secrets to naturally losing weight and keeping it off. Inspired by my experience, I desired to learn more, went back to school and have since graduated as a doctor.

This Guide covers: my rules about exercise, quality of foods, caloric intake, healthy foods, combining food choices, drinks, condiment choices, and timing of eating. These fundamentals are how I successfully lost nearly 200 lbs. in less than 1 year and have kept it off for more than 13. Many have used the principles within to lose weight of any amount and have been successful. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it! One Day and One Meal at a time.

Just, keep in mind this did take me a lot of time and I invested a lot of money in getting healthy, so if you can afford anything then please pay what you think it's worth. I just opened a new practice and got done with school, so whatever I get will just help me as well, but my main goal is to help others get healthy as others helped me.
