The Happiness Agent Chapter 5

In the not-too-distant future, displays are captured on glasses and contacts. Implants allow people to control their pocket computers through thought. Memories are stored and can be reviewed, but they have not yet been written or altered. Until Lorelai figures out how.

Chapter 5 opens up months after the events of Volume 1 (Chapters 1-4) and Lorelai is curiously absent. We follow Reuben's past and present to center ourselves after the fallout from previous issues.
