The Sharehouse at 41 Deadman Place

Rob "Robbo" Yeun is the new housemate in 41 Deadman Place, and he has a lot of questions: why is the rent so low here? Why does the chore roster have a skull on it? Is it really normal for showers to drip ectoplasm, and could maybe we get a plumber in to look at that? 

This is a 15 page black and white comic featuring a sharehouse full of ghosts, references to old Australian movies, and at least one pun.
