Who am I?

I am The Running Guy (Twitter: @TheRunningGuy1) who’s goal is to use my experience gained over 10+ years of being a competitive distance runner to help others reach their health and fitness goals no matter how big or small. I have competed mainly in the UK for domestic athletics clubs and at university, but also in the USA on an athletic scholarship in the NCAA. Whether you are training for a marathon or just want to become more active and see real results, I can help you.
