UX Design Project Proposal Template

A lightweight presentation template you can use to create your UX design project proposals.

Designed to give potential clients everything they need to feel comfortable about hiring you and the details of the work you will carry out. Just dashing off an email with a brief outline of work can cause problems later on but this will help you get it right.

There are 10 pages including:

• A cover sheet;
• Scope page;
• About page;
• Phases of work;
• Price options;
• Client testimonials;
• End sheet.

Set up so you can customise the master slides as well as the content to create a report that looks as you wish.

It's not obvious exactly what should live in a proposal to a client but by following the structure in this template you'll be able to create something that covers all the information they need. This template has come from many years of UX consulting experience and is what I use with my new clients on a regular basis.
