We'll discuss takeaway lessons that you can apply to your own illustrations and we'll cover things I had to learn for this illustration. Topics we'll go over include posing, lighting the scene, painting foliage, painting falling water, taking reference photos, rendering faces, improving skin tones and painting dappled light. Time is also given to discussing the need to subdivide larger simpler shapes with smaller more interesting ones.
