Ableton Clock

I like to use Live in Full Screen Mode, doesn´t matter if I´m using it on my MacBook Pro or on my Windows 10 PC. The Problem is, I be always not able to keep the time literally “in eye”. I was just trying to mix or make something from scratch, dive a little more bit into it, but then I realise when I watch back on a clock in the room that several hours were past. Indeed it´s possible to switch ever and ever again to the main desktop and look there onto the task or menu bar to find out the time, you can also set up a clock just on your desktop beside your computer, but it is much better to just access the time information directly inside of Live. That is for what this device is created.

One interesting functionality is the independent detachment from the device chain or better the track in which the Ableton Clock device is inserted to a floating window, which can be placed over your available screen space, but this only works correctly when Live is run in Full Screen Mode!

Features totally:

- Time Monitor (in 24 hour and 12-hour (a.m./p.m.) mode).

- Date Monitor.

- Pass through audio and midi data (Data doesn´t get affected when pass

   through).

- Insertable mainly in MIDI tracks, but the possibility is there to pass through

audio as well through the device.

Note: the result of the device is very depended from your hard- and software settings.

Tested on MacBook Pro under macOS Sierra with Ableton Live, Version 9.7.6.

Note: I´m not a professional M4L programmer and so on issues can occur because I didn’t have the expertise on all doings i want to make.

The device is for free, but any donations are welcome.
