LICENSE REACTIVATION POLICY

There are some cases when the products start asking for license key again. These cases are:

• Product deletion and reinstallation
• Restoration of the site from a staging environment
• Changing domain or site address

The license never deactivates itself. It does so only if you do any of the three things mentioned above.

I won't reactivate your license if your products start asking for license keys again.

I am already selling a $699 product for a mere $12.99. For such a small amount, I can't commit to reactivate the license on your site every time you get it deactivated.

Why do you need the license keys anyway?

- Only for automatic updates and support

Support is out of the question in this case. If you need support, then you need to buy the license from Astra itself.

For updates, I will regularly update the product files in your Gumroad Library. You can download the files and update them manually. Here's the tutorial.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I be sure that your items are safe?

This is probably the biggest concern people have about downloading products like this. You can rest assured that I did not tamper with any of these files. They're all as clean as a whistle. It goes without saying that you can run them through any and all antivirus and anti-malware software you can think of if you’re still unsure. All the products in this bundle are untouched. I download them from Astra's dashboard and upload them here without even changing the file name.

Can I purchase an item individually?

I am already offering a $699 worth of bundle for only $12.99, which is a steal deal. So, NO. You can't buy them individually.

How fast will I get purchased items?

In general, items should be downloaded immediately after a successful purchase. License activation is a manual process and has to be done by me. It can take up to 48 hours for me to activate license keys on your site. In most cases, I only take a couple of hours.

What can I do with the downloaded items?

Use the purchased items for your own personal or client websites. However, the license will be activated on only one website of your choice.

What can I not do with the purchased items?

You may not offer them for redistribution or resale again of any kind. I will cancel your license, and a refund won't be provided.

How many sites can I use the theme or plugin on?

As many as you like. The plugins and themes are 100% GPL licensed, so you can use them as often as you like on as many sites as you like.

Are these 100% genuine items?

Yes, 100%. I have uploaded all the product files without any changes. These are the genuine files directly downloaded from Astra's site.

Do you provide updates to the items?

Yes. If your license is working perfectly then, you should receive an update notification in your WordPress dashboard. You can update the products from there directly.

In case your license(s) are not working, then you will need to update the products manually. I usually update the product files as soon as Astra releases a new version. In case I forgot to update a product in your Gumroad library, then drop me a PM on BlackHatWorld, and I will update the products asap.

An item I downloaded is asking for a license activation code or to Upgrade to Premium. What to do?

In case you have done anything that I've mentioned above that could remove the license from your products, then you might see the license activation warnings.

Ignore them. Astra includes these warnings so that the product can update automatically or so that you can register for their support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without even a license key.

Do you provide support?

Basically not. If you require technical support regarding a theme or plugin, then you will need to either purchase the product directly from Astra, or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively, you could ask me for paid help. Not offering support is the way in which I am able to offer the products at a discounted price.

What is your refund policy?

If I don't activate your products within 48 hours of your purchase, then you'll get a full refund. Once the products are activated and you're satisfied, I won't provide any refund in any case.
