A Beginner’s’ Course in Yoga (the “A” Series Flow) is a complete yoga practice in the Kripalu tradition. This e-book (PDF) provides in-depth coverage of a wide range of topics related to yoga, poses, breathing and meditation as well as advice on how to bring yoga into your life.
The book covers a range of 18 stretching, strengthening, balancing and relaxing poses, each pose being chosen as the easiest for each type. In addition, 3 breathing and 10 meditation practices complement the poses. The poses are arranged into two different flows for variety and are accompanied by a selection of 5 possible warm-up sequences to prepare the body and mind for practice.
