- Social Media Yoga Challenges - 

Donation based training via social media (Put whatever amount you want to donate in the suggested price box!) Includes monthly poses with photo and short description of each for you to practice at home and share online! Post a pic of you doing each pose with a specified hashtag each month to join me and many other online yogis grow together!

-Private Yoga Coaching- 

Are you looking to take your practice to the next level? Many of my students know how much my practice skyrocketed after finding my teacher to give me feedback and encouragement through my yoga journey. If you are looking for one-on-one time to fine tune your practice and create a structure based on your needs, then I am here for you! This package will allow us to meet via Skype for 1 hour per week for 1 month. We will work together on your asana and also your mindset.
