Natural Loctician Certificate L2: Extensions and Dread Wraps Course
This is the second level of the Natural Loctician Certificate! It is also a stand-alone course in dreadlock extensions and wraps for anyone already competent in making dreadlocks with the crochet hook method. In this advanced level course, those already using the Divine Hand & Hook method of dread locking will be able to enhance their skill level to include a full dread extension creation and installation service.
The course contains 12 High Definition videos that will teach you everything you need to know to provide a top quality professional natural dread extensions service. You'll learn everything from how to handle the initial client inquiry, to conducting a live or email consultation, booking your client, ordering the best hair extensions for the job, creating the extensions and installing them on the client and specialised dread extension after care maintenance. There is also a video on how to do 2 different types of dreadlock wraps.
This is a Level 2 (or advanced) skill because prior knowledge and some experience of creating dreadlocks on people (using the crochet hook method) is vital to be able to successfully offer a dread extensions service. Learning this skill will increase your client base and income as dread extensions are the highest priced service in the industry and in demand.
ASSESSMENT FOR CERTIFICATE UPGRADE:
As with the Natural Loctician Certificate Level 1, there is a simple practical assessment at the end of this course. This involves submitting some photos of your 1st dreadlock extensions client (this may be on a hairdresser mannequin OR on a real person). This enables you to get direct feedback on your work to help you improve on the technique. You will also get your Natural Loctician Certificate upgraded to an Advanced Certificate. And receive the "Extensions Specialist" digital badge to show your level of skill.

All students and graduates get access to the private Facebook Level 2 support group to gain personalised feedback to any question relating to dreadlock extensions or wraps. This is exclusively for all Level 2 or Advanced Loctician students!
EARNING POTENTIAL:
The course goes over how much to charge depending on your level of experience & quality. Your rates go up when your speed, quality & reputation increase. But essentially you can expect to earn anything from $800 - 2000 on a full head of dreads plus extensions client!

You will get access to the course via your receipt and an email and all you'll need is an internet connection to view it. You can also get the Gumroad app on your mobile or tablet to keep the course in your library. There is no assessment in this course (as there is in the Natural Loctician Certificate Course Level 1). This course is also for those who have NOT done the Level 1 but have some experience creating dreadlocks.
