This is a hatha style, gentle yoga class aimed to help you feel better in your body, de-stress, be present, and find mobility though the neck, shoulders, and back. You'll need a hand towel for this practice. We'll start with a centering and a reading, followed by breathwork. Then, we slowly work on various neck stretches, shoulder mobility movements, and thoracic spine mobility.
