Want to PR in the 5K? I can help you. I'm a cross country coach at a college, and have had numerous of my runners qualify for our National XC Meet.

This 8 week plan includes the exact workouts my team does. The plan also includes:

  • 2 total body strength training plans, including core exercises. You only need dumbbells.
  • Precise outline of what to do each day of the week. Take the guess work out of training!
  • You'll know exactly when to take a rest day, when to cross train, when to lift, etc.


If a running coach is not currently in your budget, this plan is for you. You tailor the workouts based on your most recent times - no expensive running coach needed!

If you're a beginner, you'll want a few months of base training before beginning this program.
