Let me introduce you to THE SWEAT HOUSE! A training program that requires NO GYM at all. The Sweat House consists of a series of workouts ranging from 30-45mins each, all uniquely named and sold separately.

The first release of The Sweat House is the DASHER, Challenge #1! Your challenge is to perform the Dasher workout based on your fitness level -


Beginner: 2-3 per week

Intermediate: 3-4 per week

Advanced: 4-6 per week


These workouts require no gym equipment, the only equipment required are basic finds found in your home. All you need is a small space you can sweat on and a dedicated attitude!
