Teens, Anxiety, and Depression: Active Strategies to Move Teens Forward

Both anxiety and depression are on the rise in teens, and anxiety is currently the top reason why a parent brings a child to a mental health professional. Because an untreated anxiety disorder is one of the top predictors of developing depression as an adolescent or young adult, the need for prevention and more effective treatment of anxiety has become a critical focus of those that work with children and teens in many settings.

This 6 hour online class shows parents, clinicians, and educators HOW to weaken anxiety's grip and give teens an active approach to dealing with their anxiety and depression. This intensive training focuses on HOW to interrupt the cognitive and behavioral patterns that inadvertently strengthen anxious and depressive symptoms, and may be quite different from what you've been taught previously. The goal? Head off anxiety and depression with simple, process-based strategies that teens and families can learn.

You may watch the 6 hours whenever you like, as many times as you like. Your link is meant for you and not to be shared with others. For group rates, please email me directly at lynn@lynnlyons.com
