BUILD FOR PHONEGAP WITH GRUNT
1 - Crate a account in Phonegap Build (https://build.phonegap.com)
2 - Create a fake project
3 - Configure a new key for iOS. (You have to create your .p12 and mobile provision https://www.mobiloud.com/help/knowledge-base/how-to-export-push-notification-certificate-p12 )
4 - Change in package.json

5 - Change your file ios_debug:
We use grunt phonegap build

Commands:
It will create a new folder 'build' and put the content of 'www' and change the config.xml where have @id and @version for build in phonegap.
