With The Excel Dashboard Bundle Package You'll Get

1. The Excel Aged receivables Dashboard

This Excel dashboard allows you to easily access your customer contact information (including customer contact information, email address, and phone number as well as customer notes) and also to review the number of past due invoices, total past due invoice value, oldest invoice number, oldest customer PO#. On the right hand side of the dashboard there is a past due invoice distribution showing the percentage of past due invoices within each aging category (1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and greater than 91 days). Using the aged receivables information you can easily determine how your customer is performing and it also will show you the aging group with the greatest past due value of invoices.

The Excel Aged Receivables Dashboard also handles customers who do not have contact information setup as well as customers who do not have any invoices past due. In the header of the dashboard, you'll notice that there are hyperlinks to each of the tabs where you can add customer data, invoice data as well as a tab that shows you how to use the dashboard. I've included the calculations tab in the Excel file also which is where the calculations are performed to allow the dashboard to run. Each tab on the dashboard will have buttons in the header to easily and quickly navigate around the file.

2. The Excel Inventory Planning Dashboard

The purpose of this Excel inventory planning dashboard is very simple. I want to provide you with a tool that allows you to review your sales and usage numbers for the past 12 months, 6 months and 3 months depending on which time period you feel is the most appropriate. Based on the usage for the part selected, the user will be able to see how much the average monthly consumption is over the time period selected. I’ve included minimum and maximum values as well that pull directly from an item information table that is included as part of the raw data set. These minimum and maximum values will be displayed on the chart and will allow the user to see when they can expect to be below the minimum quantity required. The dashboard also shows the exact day and month that the inventory will be depleted down to zero at the current consumption rate (it’s important to make note that the numbers in this dashboard to not include the current inbound supply as well as current demand levels and quantities). The current on hand inventory will be uploaded and added as your raw data set whenever you feel appropriate.

3. The Human Resources Salary Dashboard

The Excel Human Resources Salary Dashboard offers a quick an easy way to dump your salary data into a table in Excel, and have it automatically tell you the top and bottom 3 compensated employees. This can be for all employees but can also filter down to country and/or department name. The total number of employees based on the selection criteria is indicated on the right hand side, including the cumulative salary and average salary based on the selection made with the Pivot Table slicers by the user using the dashboard. Easy navigation throughout the workbook is included using hyperlinks between the pages.

This workbook does contain a macro that allows the pivot table cache to update immediately after any changes are made to the employee data table.

4. The Budget & Expense Tracker

This is a simple Excel Budget and Expense Tracker that allows you to enter in different expenses with an allocated budget. You can then add detail records to a table that records each of the expenses incurred against an expense type with a drop down list. These are then summarized on the Budget and Expense Tracker sheet which then allows you to see how much of your budget you have remaining.

5. The Excel Sales Trend Dashboard

The Excel Sales Trend Dashboard lets you dump your raw sales data into a table. This table will then automatically take your data and update the front end dashboard to show you your monthly sales trend outlining your best and worst months on the chart using data callouts. To the right of the chart, you'll also notice a summary of the highest month of sales and the lowest month of sales with their corresponding values.

Finally, the dashboard will allow you to select any given month and get the details on the total sales for that month and which customer had the most and least sales for that month.

Here are the only fields you'll need for the dashboard to work:

* Customer

* Item Category

* Item

* Item Description

* Qty

* Unit Price

* Total Value Sold

The EOM Date column will automatically be calculated when you dump your data into the table.
