A Visual Guide to Shutting Up That Person in Your Head & Taking Back Your Sanity

... the fuckery is this?

It's a 37pg illustrated and rather charmingly inappropriate PDF guidebook. For the unwanted ex who insists on living in your head. =)

Contrary to the title, we are not actually going to tell your ex to fuck off (let's keep the spoken things classy, people), but rather, the memories in your head.

You get:

  • Instantly applicable techniques to help you cope
  • Deep insights into your memories and thoughts
  • Sample responses if he contacts you (because that's the last thing you need right now).

The Christmas version of this book was featured on The Huffington Post. =)

Reviews:

"I loved the eBook  - I texted my friend to tell her how awesome it was! I love that it's relatable, cute, funny, etc, but provides very real advice!" - Jovi

"Your stories are very enlightening, and your comments and motivational speeches are also awesome to get back on my feet!" - Arthur

"I started reading the eBook and I LOVE it. I'm so grateful that you wrote it. Thank you so much." - Toni

Why the fuck are you making this?

A woman I coach, let's call her Christine, was depressed and suicidal after her breakup. She reached out to me and we had an incredibly deep conversation about her pain.

To help her cope, we pictured gathering up all her pain and putting it into a box.

I told her to reach out to every single part of her body, gather up that pain and put it into that box.

And then, we slingshotted that box of pain right into space.

She’s a huge DC comic fan, so we imagined that Wonder Woman used her lasso on that box and hurled it into the Sun.

And then… something great happened.. she smiled.

For the first time in many dark days, Christine smiled.

The pain lifted for a second, and she was able to breathe.

She got up, wiped her tears and drew up the blinds to her windows to let the sunshine in.

And then she typed out this to me:

“Thank you. You helped me when I couldn’t see.”

This eBook, inspired by that experience, is for all the Christines and countless others out there who just need a laugh, who just need something to guide them through this devastating time when they feel so very alone.

Do you have a bleeped version?

Sorry, but no. There's a real psychological reason why I chose to use profanity, and believe me, it's a good one. It's explained in the preview.

Do you have a preview of this?

Yes, just click on the arrows or the circles on the cover image at the top to see some sample pages of the eBook. =)

Are you a cat?

I try to be sometimes.

- with mucho love, Cherlyn from Steps to Happyness
