Affirmations for FEAR

Fear can be a crippling thing if you allow it. Some times we create the fear by what we speak and belief to be true.Fear can keep us from doing and having things that we really want. I have created a few affirmations to help you begin to deal with your fear. I believe FEAR starts in the mind and what we think is what we speak so changing both will help to eliminate fear.
