My son needed an axe to complete his viking costume, and so he designed this one. Not quite the kind of axe a historic Viking would use, but super cool nonetheless! I have also added the shield seen here as well! 

This is a pretty easy build, my 8 year old son did a lot of the work himself, with an adult needed for the cutting.
