(46:03 min) Knowing that God loves us gives us peace, but we can’t have true, resilient, long-term peace in our lives in all circumstances until we have peace in our conscience. It’s the peace that sustains all other peace. It’s the peace that reassures us that no matter what, God is on our side, God will see us through, and God will make a way where there seems to be no way! We never need to fear that God will reject us. He loves us and sees us as the new creation that we have become through receiving the free gift of righteousness. Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, our sins were taken away. God wants us to simply receive His love, and not try to earn it. God displayed that He loves us with all His heart, soul, strength, and mind when He sent His Son to die for us. He who knows he is forgiven much, loves much.
