3D Printable Huion PE330 Pen Rocker Button Upgrade

This is a 3D Printable upgrade to Huion's PE330 Pen Rocker Button.

Why did I design this?

When I tried to use the pen for my Huion GT-220 v2, I noticed a huge design flaw. I had to keep looking down at my pen to make sure that my index finger was in the proper position! I quickly discovered it was almost impossible to tell by touch whether or not I was pressing the button or the case of the pen itself. As a result of the recessed nature of the stock button, I kept unwittingly rotating the pen out of position in my hand. I was about to buy a different pen and then realized I could try designing a new rocker button instead.

This upgrade eliminates the need to keep checking your finger placement because you can feel the button and you will get proper button clicks without looking everytime.

What you are purchasing:

You are purchasing a .stl file of the Huion PE330 Pen Rocker button upgrade, which you can then print out with a 3D printer and install yourself.

Printing Instructions:

Print solid, directly on the bed at the highest resolution your printer will allow. This is a very small part.

How to install:

Carefully take a small object such as a pin or needle and insert it under the front end of the existing rocker button. Gently apply leverage against the pen case and work the lever towards the center where the clip is until the button is removed.

Warning: if you are not careful, you could cause blemishes to the pen. I will not be held responsible for damaged pens. Perform this install at your own risk. The install is relatively easy and you should have no damage to your pen(s) or the original button, which can be replaced (swapped out) at any time.
