Hoe Down (solo instrument with Big Band)

This is identical to the version for Sax/clarinet and piano and is about a Grade 2 big band standard.

It was in fact written before being arranged with piano accompaniment. 

It has been performed a number of times featuring Alto sax and xylophone but

should work well with any solo instrument. Hoe down is on the Grade 6 AMEB syllabus and the NSW HSC syllabus.
