Houdini Clip Mixer

This is a Houdini Clip Mixer panel, and associated assets, that easily takes FBX or bclip data, sequences or blends them in a non-linear interface, and applies them to a rig or object in your Houdini scene.

Currently, this does not do re-targeting, but that is planned for an updated release.
