Drafting Your Notice of Determination

The Campus SaVE Act requires institutions to provide written notice to complainants and respondents of the outcome of a Title IX investigation. The Notice of Determination must include various elements and information as specified in Campus SaVE. In addition to complying with these regulatory requirements, notices should be written in a manner aimed at minimizing the risk of legal challenges by parties involved in the process.

Join us for a 60-minute training for Title IX coordinators, investigators and adjudicators to learn best practices for successfully drafting a determination notice.

This training will cover:

  • Required elements of a Notice of Determination
  • New requirements under the recently published Campus SaVE Act final rule
  • Strategies for drafting notifications to withstand legal challenges

Each purchase constitutes a one-time, single-user license to view the training content; if registering multiple users, they will need to register and pay individually.
