Let's have some fun and incorporate play into our practice. There’s something incredible about feeling completely absorbed by the present moment, like kids playing. No judgements, no competition, no comparison. So using that as the guiding principles for this yoga class, make sure you have at least 1 or 2 yoga blocks handy, and I'll see you on the mat.
