Interviewing is a skill that can be a weakness or a strength.

I can help you turn it into a strength by giving you the feedback you need.

Feedback is the fastest way to improve but you likely won't get that from the companies you are applying to.

That's where my service can help.

I customize each coaching and prep service to fit your needs so you feel confident for any interview.

What's included:

• a 20 min intro call to understand your goals, experience, etc.
• 120 mins of my time however you'd like to use it based on our intro call together

Some examples of how to use the 120 mins:

1. Structured like an interview process
   • Two 30-min "mock" interviews followed by two 30-min feedback sessions
   • Shake off the nerves while not having to practice in a mirror
   • Get needed practice and feedback in real-time
2. Prep work only
   • Follow along as I go through what I would do in your shoes to prepare for an interview
   • Understand what questions to prepare to set you apart
   • Get ideas on where to find additional resources
3. Crafting answers to key questions
   • Write out, together, a list of frameworks to answer common questions
   • Gain confidence in answering difficult questions
   • Understand the PAR formula

As a Senior Data Analyst, I have been through my fair share of interviews.

When I was laid off in 2020 I was averaging 2 recruiter interviews a day and 1-2 hiring manager interviews a week. I got really good at selling my value and having a conversation.

Interviewing is as much about confidence as anything else.

Coaching and preparation are how you gain confidence.

Q: Are the 150 mins all at once?

A: No. We will break this up into five 30-minute meetings. The first being an intro call to get to know your background, goals, and plan the next four meetings.

Q: When and where do we meet?

A: We will use Calendly to schedule times that work for both of us. We will meet virtually over Zoom in 30-minute increments.

Q: Do I qualify for your service?

A: Absolutely! Everyone looking to land a role in Data Analytics will benefit from this service whether they have little to no experience or multiple years.
