Please remember, yoga can be as easy or as hard as YOU make it. Listen to your body, take as many breaks as needed and always consult your physician before beginner any exercise program.

The greatest gift we can give to ourselves and others is to do the work on ourselves. The people we effect in our every day lives NEEDS us balanced.
