In this in-depth session, we will discuss your diet, lifestyle, health and wellness, go through the health questionnaires, discuss your health concerns and pinpoint what your personal health goals are. This is an intense deep-dive into your current health.

3-Day Food Diary Analysis: discover if you are nutrient deficient (most people are!)
I will analyze the macronutrients and macronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in your diet, based on a 3-day food diary you keep, to identify deficiencies or excesses so that I can make suggestions to help you restore balance and achieve optimal nutrition and health.
