Each year, dozens of books are published on healthcare, health policy, public health, the history of medicine, and related fields. Some are good, but many are not. Figuring out which ones are worth reading can be time-consuming.

In this eBook, I offer thoughts, praise, and criticism on 27 popular books that deal with healthcare in one way or another. Each write-up is brief, but designed to be helpful. Selected quotes are included for each book to give you a flavor of the author's views.

If you like reading about healthcare but aren't sure what book to pick up next, this eBook should help. I wager that you will discover at least a few worthwhile books that you hadn't considered before, as well as learn some thing new about healthcare along the way.
