Charles Barkley Signature Workout Program
Charles Barkley was a physical anomaly: On the basketball court, he did things with his body that a normal person of his dimensions would not have been able to do.
At 6’4” — though he was listed at 6’6” — Barkley averaged over 10 rebounds per game several times and was consistently one of the league’s top scorers, an All-Star starter and 2-time gold medal winner as a member of Team USA. Charles was able to score over and around bigger opponents using his quickness, athleticism and nimble footwork. He could nail a 3-pointer, grab a rebound and go coast-to-coast for a dunk, and bang in the paint with centers.
