We follow scripts subtly and constantly whether it’s in the assumptions woven in the questions we ask ourselves and others, the way we answer, or the things that are beyond the container of the words being exchanged. Scripts that constrain the complexity of who we are don’t allow or invite the expansiveness of who we are nor aid our becoming. Come explore the scripts you may be carrying about yourself, your role in the world, and in others. Consider what has become familiar but no longer serves the “you” you want to be or the world you hope to co-create.
