Who am I?

I am The Running Guy (Twitter: @TheRunningGuy1) and my goal is to use my experience gained over 10+ years of being a competitive distance runner to help others build and maintain their fitness. I have competed predominantly in the UK for domestic athletics clubs and at university, but also in the USA on an athletic scholarship. Whether you are training for a marathon or have just started building fitness, I can help you!
