What it is

This eBook is a 4-week program for people who sit a lot and have become ‘chair-shaped’ as a result. If that’s you, it will fix your posture and prevent back pain. All you have to do is:

  • take ‘movement breaks’ every time you go to the bathroom (or 4-6x/day) for 1 or 2 minutes;
  • do 1 or 2 exercises for a minute or two at a time with your bodyweight or a light kettlebell (8kg for average people, 10-12kg for stronger ones).

The protocol quickly improves your posture through motor learning. You can expect improvement in one or two weeksOver time, improving your posture with loaded exercises will also raise your tolerance to spinal load

Why is this a ‘basic’ edition?

It contains the program, and that’s it. No motivation talk, no pretty pictures, or extra tips that could make things easier. Then again, if you don’t need them, they are a waste of space.
