MACD RSI Updated

This is the much anticipated updated version of the most popular indicator available, the MACD_RSI. This update is now officially the most accurate version available (see comparison chart above, notice how the update shows the RSI as a clear green line oscillating above its MACD, whereas the older version has its RSI as a straight green line at the origin). 

Included in this update :

(1) Improved Scaling : the previous version scaled terribly, with the RSI looking completely flat on some symbols (especially JPY pairs), as seen above. 

(2) Option to change the RSI Period : Now you have the ability to adjust the RSI Period to the desired level.

(3) Overbought and oversold lines are included.
