Maya Python For Noobs
An introduction to Python and how to use it within Maya. Moderate rigging experience is recommended. All videos are 1080p MP4s and are available to both stream and download.
* Please be aware that this series was created for Python 2, which was used in Maya 2021 and earlier. Maya 2022 and newer use Python 3, which has a few notable differences, but is overall very similar. If you encounter errors, please look up Python 2 vs. 3 differences online. One of the big changes is that print commands need to be in parentheses now, like…print (“hello world”).
