Introductory Session Checklist

While some of us are seasoned veterans with an impeccable system in place for running Intros, others of us may still be deep in the struggle just tryin' to survive. Enter: “The Introductory Session Checklist”!

“After having given Intro Sessions for a good while, I noticed that I was still getting a little bit of anxiety beforehand because I always felt like I was forgetting something. That is exactly why we created this simple yet life-saving checklist and it hasn't failed us yet! I currently find it most helpful to print 2-4 copies per sheet so that I can have a bunch of them in my Intro briefcase. I like to be able to check each item off the list before my sessions. Before this, I used to just keep one copy in my bag to be able to refer to it before an Intro."
