is a collection of stories on the lives of trans women organizing, fighting, falling in love, and living their lives at the margins. The seven stories in the book borrow from a range of genres; there's the lesbian romance and trans feminist science fiction of "Subject", the apocalyptic social realism of "Cascadia", the generation-spanning mystery at the heart of "Beach House", and much more.

For readers who would like to know more about the content before reading, there are depictions of violence in many of the stories (except for "Subject", "Beach House", and "Cascadia") as well depictions/discussions of sex (especially in "Subject", "Beach House", and "Valeria"), and abuse ("Subject"). There are no depictions of sexual violence in the book.

is free for all readers to download because I simply couldn't afford to buy this book if it were to cost ten or twenty dollars, and I know many other trans women who are in the same position.

If you have the ability to pay for a copy, you should pay what you can. If you cannot comfortably pay for a copy, then please download it for free.

Print copies of this book are available for purchase, separately, here.
