A four session course for core and pelvic floor recovery. Intended to be taken after birthing your beautiful baby to reconnect with your body for a safe return to fitness.


Not exclusive to new moms. Once postpartum always postpartum.


Each session will be 90 minutes and include interactive instruction and a low impact workout applying the concepts taught during the class.


There are only 10 slots available, so reserve your spot while you can.
