Online lessons are easy in that you don't need any special technical skills. All you need is a camera/smartphone and access to a computer with internet.
As soon as you sign up for a lesson you'll get an email with detailed instructions to guide you.

Online lessons are 100% virtual. You send Matt a video and then he will respond with a voice-over analysis + drills to practice.

Online Lessons receive the same quality of pro coaching that any live lesson receives. The only difference is that the communication takes place via video, voice-over analysis, and email.
Each lesson focuses on one skill - e.g. receiving, throwing, or blocking. You video yourself/your catcher performing one of those skills (either in a practice or a game) and then Matt will break down that specific skill in detail and give you a practice plan to work on what he discussed with the voice-over analysis.
