Percussive Glide (Hammer-On Technique Exercises)

In this short melodic study I concentrate on a percussive hammer-on technique on the guitar that can be a very effective tool in creating melodic tension, flowing and very well articulated patterns and sequences or widely intervallic and angular improvised passages.

The accompanying tutorial video explains in detail the concepts and ideas involved in this type of melodic playing as well as the many different ways in which I like to practice and internalize such techniques on the instrument.
