The LUNATIC'ler is a demented psychopath who becomes a hideous killer clown whenever there is a crescent moon. By day, a mild mannered artist, by night, a lunatic who cannot control his unhealthy urges to tickle people to death. In this promotional video, The LUNATIC'ler targets an innocent teen, first knocking him out with "Knock Out Juice", then tickling him.
