SPRING INTO ACTION WITH THE SLACKROBATS

Winter is over and the fresh growth of life is upon us. Ride the wave of with our 30-Day Spring Fitness Challenge. This well-rounded program is designed to connect you to your body through movement, as well as increase your strength and stamina. The best part is the whole program can be done from anywhere in the world! 

What sets this program apart from other fitness offerings is our underlying intention: to deliver a FUN full-body workout that you can do at your convenience. This allows you to squeeze in a simple--yet effective--daily workout when it works best for you. Maybe that's at the office during your lunch break, or at home from the comfort of your living room.    

We have created exercise flows that target different parts of the body as we move through each day of the week. These exercises are both unique and effective in toning the body and building mental/physical endurance. Did we mention that they're fun too? We Slackrobats like to play...even when we're exercising.

Have a healthy spring fling with our low commitment 20 minute daily workouts.

Here’s how it works:


Sign up for the challenge before May 1st, 2018 and when the program begins, you will receive a daily email with access to that day's challenge video. You will also receive mini (weekly) lifestyle challenges and our recommended daily warm-ups. This entails a list of optional warm-up exercises that will coincide with that day's challenge workout.

You will have access to each video for 7 days, which will allow you to catch up if you fall behind for some reason, but will also encourage you to stick with your goals.
