ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program is designed for outdoor athletes of all abilities. The goal of the program is to build base strength, mobility, and motor control so that you can move well in all outdoor sports. This is a great program for cross training as an outdoor athlete, as well as a wonderful introduction to One on One Online Training with Mercedes.

TAKE YOUR STRENGTH TO THE NEXT LEVEL

In this program, there are 3 levels to choose from. The Foundation Level, Level 1, and Level 2. Each has it's own 12 week program. You can progress from one level to the next. Each level has it's own progression, and leads into the next level. Or, you can choose to stay with one level for more than 12 weeks. In addition to this program, your commitment, patience, and awareness will lead you to feeling better, stronger, and more mobile.
