Join me for this 90 minute Journaling Workshop focused on Mindfulness and Trauma Healing and I will help you:
1. Explore what mindfulness means to you
2. Identify areas in your life you'd like to be more intentional
3. Explore how your body responds to mindfulness
4. Brainstorm a plan to help you live with more intention
During this workshop I will provided prompts to help you explore mindfulness, give you time to write, and then I will open up the floor for sharing before we move on to the next prompt.
