Stretchy Skirt Rig (Blender 3D)

A short, tight, stretchy skirt rigged with Bones, Corrective Smooth modifier, Shrinkwrap Modifier, and some Drivers. Created in Blender 2.92.

This is the learning project file accompanying this tutorial video on YouTube, which explains the whole thing. The setup was originally made for my April 2021 Patreon release.
