Want to increase your odds of building a successful software product? Then it’s time to skip all the fluff that masquerades as getting product done – big requirements docs, slideware, fancy graphs, overblown GANTT charts –

50-page business cases? Waste of time. Big requirements documents? Throw ‘em out. Long product development cycles? Fraught with risk. Waterfall development processes? So old school. Bloated product management frameworks? They’re just that – bloated.

Let's face it: you need a new way to pursue product innovation.

What if you had a practical, step-by-step plan for launching a new product?

Learn field-tested techniques to test new product ideas and generate traction among customers and internal stakeholders.

Spend less time on big documents and slideware.

Instead work directly with customers to actually build a product that delivers real value.

No more preparing and selling guesswork laden business cases.

Generate customer traction before spending a lot of money.

Focus your product development efforts.

Use actual customer insights to inform your feature prioritization and fend off internally fueled scope bloat and myopic pet feature requests.

Stop wasting time and money. But get to market fast.

Stop wasting time trying to juggle scope, time and cost. That's an equation that never balances. Stop trying to solve for scale or optimizing processes too early. Learn how to get to market fast by using learning milestones to focus product development efforts, minimize risk, and justify ongoing investment.

Build and maintain support within your organization.

Identify key stakeholders, make them feel involved throughout the process, and use real customer data to help build their confidence in continued investment in the product.
