  • It’s a great introduction to strength training. Because this program is only 4 weeks long, it gives you a great taste of what strength training workouts look like.
  • Strength Training + HIIT = Best ‘Afterburn’ Combo. This program combines strength training workouts and HIIT workouts to deliver full body workouts that will leave you burning calories during AND AFTER your workout. Yes, you’ll be burning calories after you finish working out!
  • No need for a gym membership. I know the weight area at the gym can be intimidating, especially when you are just starting out. You can certainly do this program at the gym, but if you want to get in a little practice before owning the free weight area, you can workout from your home!
