Review of the idea of stages of development applied to corporate development. By considering an organization as a collective individual, the stages of development one individual naturally reaches, need to be applied to the process of development of a collective.  The article focus on the elements earth, water and fire as the foundation for corporate development, and water, emotional self-management, emotional intelligence, as key for corporate next stage of development to be reached.

Included in this publication: The Human Evolution Time Line -  a visual tool that describes the 9 stages of development associated with respective sets of tools, skills, knowledge and correlates them to organization roles or areas and stages of development of an organization. 

A second set of visual tools has been added in relation to systemic  intelligence and gender studies, the idea of gender equity effectiveness complexity and its emotional and social value.

Both sets of visual tools have been brought together with the Nature Inspired Business Model (A Matrix-Q Business Model) which utilized nature cycles and hormonal shifts as markers and forces that empower entrepreneurship and human communication and collaboration, and even economy.
