Formant Morpher - Human Vocal Vowels, For Your Synths 

Another week another Ableton Rack. This week we have something for all you sound designers.

This Rack features 7 chains each with its own custom EQ to emphasize different vowels: A, E, I, O, OE, U, UU.

Each EQ is based on one of the Formant presets you can find in Live’s factory library.

The EQs are set to Oversampling mode for higher-quality processing and they are adjusted to cover the entire frequency spectrum and not only the vowel frequency range.

Each chain is set to a zone that morph (crossfade) to the next chain/vowel.

MACROS

There is only one Macro (Formant Selector) that controls the chain selector to crossfade/morph between the different vowels.

INSTALLATION

1. Double click on the downloaded file to open it up in Ableton Live

2. Click on the Save button at the top right corner of the device to save to your User Library
